Describe your role:

My role is about supporting budding entrepreneurs from the local community.

The Bizfizz way is to offer business coaching as a vehicle to support local residents of distinct communities by using their individual passion and energy. Bizfizz is about providing the local residents with enterprise support in the heart of the community and aims to stimulate local economic growth. 

What are your best moments?

Best moments are meeting passionate people...................best formula for success.

And your worst?

There are no real bad moments, maybe when clients do not get what they deserve for their hard work. 

What do you feel are the biggest challenges faced by the people you work with?

Some of the biggest challenges that I encounter is the negative perceptions that individuals have of the areas they live in. I feel this does very little to help create an enterprise culture or enhancing  the local economy. It also affects individual confidence.

And finally, if you could give 3 top tips to would-be entrepreneurs reading this feature, what would they be?

1) Research & plan your business idea

2) Take advantage of the various business support available. 

3) Stay positive!
