Bradford GRID* is a powerful social networking platform helping you to connect with others around you. By accessing or using Bradford GRID* you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms of service.
1. Eligibility
This site is intended for use by persons of sixteen years of age and older. By registering for an account you represent that you are of sixteen years of age or older.
2. Registration Data

3. Proprietary Rights in Site Content
All content on the site including designs, text, graphics, video, information, applications, software, music, sound and other files are the proprietary property of Bradford GRID* and its users, with all rights reserved. No site content may be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the company’s prior written permission. Except for your own user content, you may not upload or republish Site content on the Internet. Unauthorized use of site content may result in your membership being terminated (without notice) and may also violate applicable laws such as copyright and trademark laws.
4. Trademarks
Bradford GRID* and other company graphics, logos, designs are registered trademarks or trade dress in the UK and/ or other countries. Company trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the company’s prior written permission.
5. User Conduct
The site is primarily for professional use and users should keep this in mind when posting information on the site. Bradford GRID* users must respect other users intellectual property rights and not copy or replicate information or features that other users have posted without their prior written permission.
6. Swap Shop
When using the "Swap Shop" facility on the Bradford GRID* website (which is used for listing business services that users can swap with other members) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms:

Bradford GRID* users agree not to:
• Register for more than one user account.
• Upload, share or otherwise make available any content we deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material.
• Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use or attempt to use another user’s account or create a false identity on the service or the site.
• Upload, share or otherwise make available any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communications equipment.
• Attempt to or override any security component of Bradford GRID* site.
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
• Use manual or automated software, devices or processes to ‘scrape’ or ‘crawl’ any pages contained in the Bradford GRID* site.
• Use the service in any manner that is unlawful or could damage, disable, overburden or impair the site in any way.
• Access Bradford GRID* to monitor its content, performance or functionality for any competitive purpose.

Bradford GRID* users are responsible for creating backup copies and replacing any user content you post or store on the Site. By posting content you represent that you have created said content or have permission to use it. You may remove user content at any time. You acknowledge that the company may retain archived copies of your user content. You retain full ownership of your user content and any intellectual property rights or proprietary rights associated with your user content.
You may not set up a Bradford GRID* profile on behalf of another individual or entity unless you are authorized to do so. Bradford GRID* does not pre-screen or approve profile pages and cannot guarantee that a profile was created and is being operated by the individual or entity that is the subject of a Bradford GRID* profile. Bradford GRID* is not responsible for the content of any user profile, or any transactions entered into in connection with the catalyst page.
6. User disputes
You are responsible for your interactions with other Bradford GRID* users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation to monitor your disputes with other users.
7. Site Availability & Maintenance
The site and service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. Bradford GRID* does not warrant or guarantee that the site or service is complete, accurate, reliable, current or error-free or that the site or service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Therefore you should exercise caution in the use or downloading of any such software, content or materials and use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses. The company reserves the right to change any and all content, software and other items used or contained in the site at any time without notice.
8. Endorsement
Bradford GRID* may include links to third party web sites. Bradford GRID* is not responsible for and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such websites or resources. Reference to any products, services or other information does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof or any affiliation therewith, by Bradford GRID*.
9. Privacy
Bradford GRID* users agree to abide by the Bradford GRID* Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation on liability
In no event will the company or its directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including for any lost profits or data arising from your use of the site or service even if the company is aware or has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Bradford GRID* is not obligated to verify identity or monitor the use of its services therefore Bradford GRID* declines liability for identity theft or misuse of your identity or information..

If you are dissatisfied with the Bradford GRID* service and or anything related to the Bradford GRID* site or service you may terminate your account and such termination will be your sole remedy. The company cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the site and or service.
12. Termination
The company may terminate your account, delete your profile and or any content that you have posted on the site for any reason or no reason at any time, with or without notice. When we are notified that a user has died we will keep the user’s account active under a memorialized status for a period of time determined by us to allow other users to post and view comments.
We reserve the right to change and update the Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of changes through the News section. By continuing to use the Bradford GRID* service after notification of changes has been published on the Bradford GRID* site, you are consenting to the changes.
